Sophrologycan help you better manage symptoms, distance yourself from them, and regain a better quality of life and sleep. Support is provided in four areas: cognitive, sensory, emotional, and behavioral. It is complementary to medical care.
The benefits are targeted: gaining a better understanding of how the symptom works, acting on the emotional and nervous systems to reduce discomfort and intolerance towards symptoms, discovering new bodily and auditory sensations, achieving relaxation, and adopting good habits in everyday life.
Sophrologycan also help withhearing disorders otherthan tinnitus, such ashyperacusis.
Tinnitus affects 14.4% of the global population, according to a meta-analysis published in September 2022

It is organized around key areas: learning what to do in a crisis, managing symptoms, and independence.
Sophrology has helped me to live better with tinnitus and hyperacusis, which have been particularly debilitating in my professional life. Now trained in sophrology, I would like to pass on the solutions and keys offered by this complementary approach to your medical care.
If you are ready to open this new door, I would be delighted to discuss it with you in person.
Important: Sophrology is practiced in a multidisciplinary setting and does not replace ENT or psychological care. A sophrologist is neither a doctor nor a psychologist.
