Sophrology has helped me to live better with tinnitus and hyperacusis, which have been particularly debilitating in my professional life. Now trained in sophrology, I would like to pass on the "keys" offered by this complementary approach to your medical care.
Important: Sophrology is practiced in a multidisciplinary setting and does not replace ENT or psychological care. A sophrologist is neither a doctor nor a psychologist.
Sessions take place in person in Geneva (Switzerland) or via video conference.Listening and finding solutions are at the heart of our exchanges. The aimof our meetings is to meet your needs by using appropriate techniques.
In order to support people sufferingfrom tinnitus and other hearing disorders, I attended specialized seminars with Patricia Grévin and am now certified in "Specialization Cycle: Sophrology and Hearing Disorders – Tinnitus, Hyperacusis, Vertigo."
Ms. Grévin also created the "Sophrology and Tinnitus Center," which I joined. This network allows us to exchange ideas with other specialized sophrologists. The links below provide more information about this center.
I alsotrained at the Paris Institute of Sophrology and Sophrotherapy (I.S.S.P.) for two years and am registered as a sophrologist with the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications). It was important to me to receive high-quality training. The I.S.S.P. was created by the President of the French Society of Sophrology (S.F.S.).
